Become A Tour Manager

  • Do you love travelling?
  • Do you have excellent leadership and organisational skills?
  • Are you a problem solver who can work calmly and efficiently under pressure?
  • If the answer to the above is YES, have you considered becoming a Seasonal Tour Manager?

Our Seasonal Tour Managers should have a passion for travel, but do not need to be qualified guides. The role of a Tour Manager is to ensure the smooth running of the day to day arrangements, whilst providing our groups with a friendly face and support throughout their tour. You will be the main point of contact for the group, and will liaise with various suppliers including coach drivers, hotels, guides and excursions. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting the groups with hotel check in, ensuring they arrive promptly for excursions and fixtures, communicating changes to itineraries with the group and coach drivers, and helping to deal with any issues or emergencies should they arise. You should have excellent English language and communication skills, and any additional European languages would be advantageous, but not essential.

In return for providing our clients with the best possible service, you will have the opportunity for all expenses paid travel around Europe, a competitive daily rate, and 24/7 emergency support from our Head Office.
